When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Turney Family Farms Partnership and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Online Gift Vouchers

The Online Gift Vouchers are for use online only and cannot be used at a till point at Tapnell Farm Park (i.e in the Cafe/Shop) they are only set up for online use and cannot be exchanged for credit inside the Farm Park. 

1. In order to purchase an Online Gift Voucher, you will need to register an account with us through our Website.

2. Online Gift Vouchers ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.

3. Our Online Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment of products from our Website

4. When ordering an Online Gift Voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Online Gift Voucher.

5. All Online Gift Vouchers are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.

6. Online Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed against products purchased online at www.tapnellfarm.com and cannot be used inside the Farm Park. 

8. Where Products purchased online with an Online Gift Voucher are returned or cancelled, monies owing will be refunded as an Online Voucher.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
